Do I have to be a Zeros Host customer to get help in the Discord?
No. The Discord is open to anyone with a hosting question, including people running their own server at home or hosting with a different company. We're happy to help either way.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Anything hosting-related: port forwarding, a server that will not start, mod or plugin conflicts, sizing your server correctly, or general troubleshooting. If it is about running a game server, ask it.
Is this a sales channel in disguise?
No. Nobody will pitch you a plan for asking a question. If Zeros Host hosting happens to be a good fit for what you are doing, that is your call to make, not a condition of getting help.
